Service names need a written brief
OEM, ODM, CRO and CDMO describe broad types of collaboration. A name alone does not specify the deliverables, technical responsibility, regulatory status or acceptance criteria of a research project.
Distinguish the decisions
A private-label presentation requires artwork and labeling decisions. A proposed research concept requires feasibility review. A contracted research or development engagement requires defined records, milestones and ownership arrangements.
Keep quality claims tied to evidence
The project should identify which specifications and documentation apply to the agreed material. Company background, facility photographs and unrelated certificates cannot replace project-specific evidence.
